Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hantora platform ("Service"), a real estate management software provided as a subscription service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Subscription & Trial

  • New signups receive a 15-day free trial with full access.
  • After the trial, an active paid subscription (Monthly or Yearly) is required to continue using the platform.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day of each billing period until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment partner.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or networks.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or engage in activity that impairs the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload (customers, projects, properties, bookings, etc.). We process this data only to provide the Service. You may export your data at any time by contacting support.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service unavailability.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
