This Privacy Policy explains how Hantora ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our real estate management platform.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone number, role.
  • Company information: business name, address, GST/PAN/RERA numbers you choose to enter.
  • Customer & property data: records you enter about your customers, leads, properties, and bookings.
  • Payment information: handled entirely by Dodo Payments. We do NOT store card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions performed, IP address, browser type — for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service.
  • To process subscription payments and send billing notifications.
  • To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support responses.
  • To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We share information only with:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
  • Dodo Payments — for processing subscription payments.
  • Law enforcement — when legally required (subpoena, court order).

4. Data Security

We use HTTPS for all connections, encrypt data at rest, and enforce role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — we recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available multi-factor authentication.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or export your data at any time.
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
